ProParking.ai offers a variety of features for managing parking reservations, including the ability to efficiently manage parking lots at different infrastructures such as airports and train stations. The software facilitates online bookings, access control, tariff and subscription management, as well as real-time monitoring of available spaces.

If you need a specific feature that is not already offered by our solution, our development teams are ready to collaborate with you to enrich our software with new features tailored specifically to your needs. We can not only develop a website including a reservation system with electronic payment, but also adapt to complex pricing structures. Additionally, we will leverage our extensive expertise in SEO and paid search to maximize the visibility of your site.

We can handle all reservations, whether they come from your website or other booking platforms, regardless of the language or technology used (email, file, API). Integrating your reservations is included in your subscription at no additional cost.

The ProParking.ai subscription includes various pricing levels tailored to the diverse needs of users, offering flexibility to choose features and services that match the size and specific requirements of each business. In our system, 'processing' refers to the import of a reservation, whether it comes from a manual entry, an internal booking, or an external booking platform. If a reservation is modified, this update is also considered a processing. However, we do not count the processing of a reservation cancellation to avoid double penalization with ProParking.ai.

The subscription is on a monthly basis. There is no long-term commitment unless specific options or features are chosen. A simple one-month notice is required for cancellation.

If you exceed the number of processes included in your subscription, it will be automatically adjusted to the next level for the following month. Conversely, if the volume of processes does not justify the current level, your subscription will be adjusted to the lower option. This system ensures that you always benefit from the most cost-effective pricing for your needs.

Subscription payment is very simple: we make an automatic withdrawal between the 6th and 10th of each month. The authorization for direct debit is done online via GoCardless. You will receive a notification on the first of each month indicating the amount to be withdrawn.

Support & Updates:

All software updates for ProParking.ai, as well as technical support, are included in the subscription. As long as you remain subscribed, you will receive these benefits at no additional cost.

Although our software is designed to be very user-friendly, we offer training to share some tips and enhance your experience. This remote training is provided for free when you subscribe to the service.

You can contact our technical support 24/7 via email or online form. Depending on the severity of your issue, we commit to responding within two hours for the most urgent cases.

Every month, we send an email to our subscribers to inform them of new features and share customer feedback.

We comply with GDPR by ensuring the confidentiality of personal booking data. Information is anonymized every six months to enhance the privacy protection of our users.
